Prohibited
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or using private / undocumented marketplace endpoints
- Circumventing marketplace policies, rate limits, or approval controls
- Listing recalled, illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, or otherwise restricted goods
- Storing or requesting marketplace passwords when OAuth is available
- Misrepresenting EHFC or Vendivox as eBay or as endorsed by eBay without permission
- Using the service to attack, spam, or exfiltrate other customers’ data
- Disabling or bypassing security, audit, or deletion controls
Required
Customers must honor marketplace provider terms, protect member PII, respond to deletion/revocation obligations, keep listing content accurate, and use human approval for consequential publishes unless a bounded automation rule is explicitly enabled.
